美国地址中的STE(suite)及Dr(Drive)等

在Amazon上买东西，填写地址如下：

STE来了

在下边填写apartment 3,结果保存后，就没了。变为了上面的STE 3!

看到一个简要的答案。记录如下：

Dr，drive，车道，一般指连接私人住宅和街道/公路的那段路。

Blvd，boulevard，城市里的大道，类同avenue，或由于是来自法语，显得更雍容一些，例如：日落大道Sunset Boulevard

Ave，avenue，城市里的大道，有绿化带，较宽，多为商业区，繁华热闹。

St，street，城市里的街道，少或没有绿化带，较窄，多为住宅区。

Fwy，freeway，高速公路，基本等同于expressway，也可指市区快速路，中国的高速路统称为expressway（或许freeway来自toll-free way，免费高速，所以中国不适用）。

Rd，road，道路，可用于普通公路（国道、省道，县道），也可指城市内的普通街道。

P.S.隐约觉得有点不对，查了一下词源。果然avenue也是来自法语，只是中世纪就进入英语，已经基本没有了外来语的感觉。boulevard进入英语的时间较短，所以显得很“洋气”。
